CNBC Africa

CNBC Africa is the first and largest pan-African business television network. It has pioneered broadcasting and delivers financial news from across the continent.

Provantage – Airports TV

Launched in 2003, Provantage Media Group has grown into one of South Africa’s biggest out-of-home media companies. Under the Provantage Media Group are three strong divisions: ProActive™, Provantage Out of Home Media and Airport Ads®.

Airport Ads® is the largest airport media player in South Africa and offers unique access to the airport environment with static, activation and digital media solutions. It operates in 12 airports within the SADC region.

Airport.tv® is a state-of-the-art, place-based digital network, specialising in high-quality, engaging content that is passenger-relevant and constantly updated. The channel makes use of the latest in digital screen technology, system controls and reporting tools to deliver high quality broadcast across the network. It is available in 11 national South African airports and as Airport.tv® Africa, which currently operates in Lusaka, Zambia.

Thomson Reuters partnered with Airport TV in 2014 to provide news and financial indicators to the advertising platform.

SLOW Lounges

SLOW Lounges are located at OR Tambo International Airport (Domestic and International Departure Terminals), Cape Town International Airport (Domestic Departure Terminal) and King Shaka International Airport (Domestic Departure Terminal). Each lounge is set up to provide the ultimate in pre-flight comfort and all guests are warmly welcomed by dapper SLOW Lounge custodians as they make their entry.
